    Just what I need another Jeepster/Commando board. With three boards to watch when am I going to find time to get any work done?
    Hello everyone I’ve been watching this board off and on for a while now and just noticed the Jeepster thread I hope it is new because I can’t believe I’ve just missed it all this time.
    I have a 73 Commando owned it for about two years now it’s pretty much stock, came to me in good shape, rust in most of the usual places but not that bad. Spent a couple of months cleaning wiring connection and a lot of little things now every thing works, mechanically it is in top shape not long before I bought it one of the PO’s had replaced all the brakes and u-joints, tune-up parts.
    And say what you want about the bullnose, but if you own one of these it’s not because parts are easy to find and cheep it is to own something unique, being these were only made for two years they are truly unique.

    The other two are off-road.com which I’ve seen mentioned here, and there is the http://www.jeepstercommandoclub.com/ both good sites lots of good people always more then willing to help.
    I see your from Garden City I grew up in K.C.K. and went to collage in Hays for a year. Before comming here in 1976

    Sorry about that. Where the hell did I get Garden City? I know your area well, my brother was going to K State when I was in high school and of course I would half to do the good brotherly thing and visit him on a regular basics (the bars in aggie vill never carded anyone in those days).

    I live in Netarts, 6 miles west of Tillamook. I won’t be making it to Puyallup but I will be at the swap meet in Portland in April not a lot of 4x4 or Jeep stuff but a lot of fun to go to.
