turn signals

Hi I have a 1964 cj3b I am trying to get the siganl lights figured out. I turn the switch after about a minute the right side signal light starts flashing. When I turn it to the left nothing. Would this be a short somewhere?

 

Check grounds, bulbs, and see if you have power and ground at the lights. Also check for power directly coming from the switch

Did you get your signals working yet?

 

I had the same problem... I checked all my wiring and replaced all the bullet connections. My signals were fixed after replacing the connectors.

 

Ya I need to do some wire upgraging as lot's of the old wire is falling apart. I am ordering some new signal lights and a signal light switch.
