I need help, I'm a bit stumped. Here's some background: Jeep has not moved for the past 7 months, replaced entire wiring harness throughout jeep, replaced fuel tank & lines, installed full roll-cage, sanded & sparyed inside of tub, as well as many other small items, but nothing to do with the driveline at all.

    Issue:
Whether or not if the engine is running & you have the transmission in any one of the gears, you can roll the jeep bye just pushing it. When the engine is running and you engage the clutch and shift into one of the gears and let out the clutch I hear nothing...no sounds. The transmission feels as though it shifts properly in the different gears. It is like there is something between the pressure plate & clutch so nothing is transfered to the rear diff. Any ideas?

Again, I have not touched anything to do with the driveline, transmission, transfer case, axles. I'm stumped at what is going on :?.

Are you sure your xfer case isn't in neutral?

Main this site is awesome...that is exactly what I'm sure it is. I do remember having to move the xfer shifter when preping the tub. I'm gnna go check now. Thanks guys, its great to bounce ideas & get other eyes/ears on a situation.

throw out bearing might be catching on transmission shaft. Mine did this clutch felt fine and transmission and it was just the throw-out bearing catching on input shaft.

did your jeep have previous drive-line issues before the 7 months

No, it drove into the garage just fine before all rebuilds...I checked the t-case and it was in neutral even though it didn't appear to be anything other than in 2H. Thanks guys for the comments.
