So the willys has a d25 with disks added, i have a 73 dana 30 that has also been upgraded to disks. I want to swap in the d30, but everything from the knuckles out should be rebuilt, new calipers, rotors, bearings etc, they are a mess. The stuff on the D25 is in great shape. My question is, can i use everything off the d25 from the spindles out on the D30, would save a lot of $$? The 30 has a caliper bracket that bolts on to the spindle bolts.

I think it depends on what you used for the Disks on the 25. I know the spline count on the hub/axle are not the same.

It's been a while but I'm pretty sure the bearings aren't the same. So you have two axles that pretty much have zero parts in common when stock. Each has been converted to disc brakes using ???? parts. I think only you can fully answer your question by comparing parts.

There are so many ways of converting to discs without knowing what you have on each axle there is no way we could accurately help you. More info needed.
