Backing Plate Bolt Lock Tab

The FLAPS counter guy just stared and blinked when I asked if he had any of these.


Since I don't know the correct name my searches come up empty. Searching by part number also gets zero results. Any suggestions?

 

If this isn't a period correct restoration forget 'em. Use some sealer on the bolt threads and lock washers instead. If it is a period correct restoration then maybe try Walck's, Kaiser-Willys, etc. that have lots of restoration parts. Maybe DeBella's Jeep Parts also.

 

If you really really need to have some I can have a look see through my parts. Picture is a little blurry or it's just too early for me but is the part number 942011?

 

Yes that is the correct number. Sorry for the picture quality, my camera had a dead battery so I used my phone. Thanks for the offer but since it is not a restoration I will just use thread locker and washers. If they are of use to anyone doing a restoration, please PM me and I will pass them on. Some of the tabs are broken which is why I was looking for replacements, I just didn't think they would be hard to find.

 

If you don't need them I won't get in a big hurry to see if I have some cause; A- I'm kind of lazy
B- I've got lots of other stuff to do and C- It's too darn hot any way. R)
