Drivetrain id help

    I am going to look at a 67 comando with a 225v6,t18,d20 drivetrain is this a stock set up for the jeep and would the t18 have a granny low 1 gear

    As best I can recall, the manual transmission would be a T14 3-speed (no granny)in '67, the tcase a D20, the front diff a D27 and the rear diff a centered D30.

    If I'm wrong, someone else will chime in...

    Turns out that it is a ford t18 with a t19main shaft that is bolted to a 225 belhousing. The set up was installed but never tested to see if it would work. I am a little wary about buying it because it is a project that is in pieces and not drivable. It has a open knuckle dana30 in the front and a Dana 44 in the rear

    If it truly has a T-19 main shaft (output shaft) in a T-18 run for the hills. They are NOT interchangeable. The T-18 has two snap ring grooves while the T-19 has 3, and two of them are in the wrong locations.....
