Hello, Does anyone know which vehicle had the longer shift levers for the Dana 18 transfer case? Was it in the pickups or wagons, as I have a pair of the stock CJ3A levers, but years ago I had a set of the taller ones and I liked not bending over so far to egage the TCase. I will take my request to the wanted page as soon as I find out what to ask for! Thanks,

I know the Wagon and Pickups had the longer ones. I believe the later CJ's had them but I can't confirm that.

Not sure about "later" CJ's, but the wagons and pickups all (at least all I have worked on) had the longer levers. I am also using these in my 3B. A bit less of a reach.

Both the direct drive and front drive shift levers were changed to a longer type beginning with model CJ-3B.

I just have a piece of 1 1/4" pvc about 18" long lying between the seats that I slip over either of the the whole levers when I need to shift. Since it's longer it makes it alot easier. Then I just take it off and set it back down between the seats after I'm done.
