If this isn't the correct place please move me mods.

My '64 is getting a D30 with 1-1/8" thick rotors (which I picked up for a $Jackson :)). They're missing a caliper part of warn locking hub (which I hope I can pull over from my D27) and I need a dual MC but that's not so bad. Anybody know what the wear limit is on the rotors? Can I Turn them down to 1.095" or should I get some new rotors?

Usually the minimum thickness is cast/stamped into the rotor. On the inside where it mounts to the bearing hub or on the outside in the same area. Sometimes on the outer edge of the rotor. I've found some sand paper and brake cleaner can help show the numbers up if hard to read. I don't have the specs on hand right now but have them at work I'm sure.
