several versions listed in the parts manual
anywhere from 60" to 70" long
probably determined by transmission and routing

Not really sure when they stopped using them, probably about 66 or in other words, there's too few around to really know. I've only ever seen one and it was on a TC sitting in the back of an early production 67 so not sure if it actually came off that one. As soon as I get a chance I'll check part numbers and see if there's any part number that changes over from another model.

Showing three lengths, 59 3/4, 60 1/2 and 70 and none of the part numbers interchange with anything else nor do they change up to anything else.

I have an emergency brake on my Dana 20, that I got thirty years ago. I belive it came from a early model Jeepster. I have never seen another one since, so cannot say what other Jeeps had them let alone tell you what length cable. My friend out in California who sells Jeepsters parts, has bought, scraped, parted out more Jeepsters that I know of and I have yet to see one Dana 20 emergency brake on any of them.

I've never seen one on a stock Jeepster but I'm no means that knowledgeable so take that with a grain of salt. However, in the late '60's early '70's Jeep full size PU's and Waggy's did have them for a very short run. Around 3 or 4 years as near as I have been able to pin down. Dana 20 with a drum brake park brake. Just an FYI, the only specific parts I've been able to determine are the rear output housing and the companion flanges. The backing plate, shoes, drum, and associated parts are the same as the Dana 18 transfer case. The companion flanges are different from the 18. The bolt hole spread is different and the mate-up is different so you've got to watch for that.
