This is a 1970 cj5 with 11" drums on the rear and 10" drums on the front. What is this valve and what does it do? I need to do a complete brake over haul and convert the front to 11" drums. This valve is setting on left frame rail near LF tire. What are the two little horn things on top? What is the recommended maintenance and if need be where do I purchase a replacement?

Second Valve is just ahead of the master cylinder, this one does not look original like the valve pictured above, but I am not sure?? What is it called and what is it function? Looks like a just distributes brake fluid.

First pic like Bill said is the brake light pressure switch. The part the lines come in and out of is just a junction block. The second pic is the proportioning valve. Controls how much pressure goes to the rear brakes to help minimize/prevent brakes locking up.
Really no maintenance here. If you intend on replacing the lines I'd spend several days soaking down the fittings with a good penetrating oil like PB blaster, Kroil, Zep Superpenetrant, etc. Don't waste your time with WD 40.
