Do you have a tape measure?

Not to be rude, just wondering why you don't measure?

You can make a cheesy caliper with two sticks and a nail (or a nut and bolt). Set the caliper to the tube size and measure the distance with your tape.

If you have the stock Dana 41 or tapered axle 44 that should be 2 1/2" diameter tube. Don't remember on the front.

I stand corrected, but the tube on the 25 in the 3B measures 2.258 over the paint, so I am assuming it is 2.250 od tube.

OK, so I measured more carefully, both the 25 and both 27's, and it's 2 1/4"..:D

Sorry guys i cant measure it. Im on a business trip. Its boring in the hotel room so i figured i would order some parts for my little project i got going. Looks like i need some perches for 2.25 axle for 2.50 springs. That sounds like an odd size to find.

    2 1/2" rear tube, 2 1/4" front tube.

    You're swapping in 2 1/2" springs?
