Diaphram Pressure Plate Question

installing a new diaphram clutch on a 225 in a CJ5. question is what should the fingers of the diaphram look like when properly installed?...

with the plate torqued down, my fingers are just shy of flat. I'm wondering if this is correct or if they should be sticking up more. pressure plate is Luk, clutch disk is ford mustang (same thickness as stock 225)

pics of the fingers on a properly set up PP would be really helpful.

 

Had the same concern. In the end, correct shouldered bolts + 30 - 40 lbs torque + basically flat = should be fine. Just shy of flat is exactly how I would describe mine.
