did Ford ever use a 10.5" clutch disc?

    can I use a 10" clutch disc with a 10.5" pressure plate?

I am trying to get an adapted ford T18 into my CJ.
it has a 1-1/16 10 spline input shaft and will be spinning inside of a 10.5" pressure plate.

I have searched and the only reference I can find to a clutch for this install is for Centerforce. I am about budget tapped on this project already and would like a stock clutch plate if there is one.

    Help

best bet is hit Napa, have them cross the input shaft size with the clutch size and see what pops.......my clutch came from a mid 70's Pontiac IIRC (on a 5.0 Ford

the local Napa is not like the old Napa.

    I think I found what I was looking for, 1995 ford Mustang with 5.0 has a 10.5 disk with 1-1/16 X 10 splines.

    I like Google

$ sink - So you are running a mustang clutch in a T18? What motor? I am looking for a clutch for a 401 to Jeep T18. I've found Centerforce as you did but $$$$.

Never thought about cross referencing for a different clutch...........

I used the Centerforce I clutch when I did the T18 in the '71 (V6)... but as I recall the CF disc p/n (381021) does cross reference to a 10.5" Mustang disc. The CF PP I used was p/n 360056.

mating a T-18 to a 225. the stock pressure plate is a 10.5, so I searched around and found out that a mid 90's mustang 5.0 application is a 10.5 disc with the 1-1/16X10 spline to match the T18 input shaft.

I considered a centerforce but this jeep will never see the kind of driving that will make it worth the money spent.

I may at this point be considered "frugal"
