Ok, a response ... but may not be very helpful.

Usually what this stuff is worth depends on what the seller thinks it's worth, and what the buyer is willing to pay. If you want to resell the stuff, you make money because you know what this stuff is worth, and that you can make money on it, or because you did the leg work to see what the comps are. From your post, you don't have any idea and you haven't tried to find out, beyond asking here.

You might find some comps on eBay or on Willystech. A rough rule of thumb is that used sells for half of new. I don't think you can expect that much though unless you do this as a business. For cores like the trans and TC, I'd expect maybe 10-20% of what a rebuilt would cost outright. For any of these, I'd think more than $10 and less than $100. the axles might be valuable to the right buyer, but location and transport will be big issues. Not much demand for these axles except in a restoration - thus not a large demand.

If you are really worried about it getting scrapped, you could pass on the contact info to somebody here who can use the complete chassis.

Diffs seem to run from $0-$100
Trans and transfer seem to run from $0-100
real original front seats for a CJ3A will be interest on the CJ3A page and seem to go around the $50 mark but prices vary a lot
Roll bar - an original CJ5 roll bar in nice shape $40-$50.
    Frame $0-$100

These are just numbers from seeing and selling stuff. I sold a complete rolling chassis for an M38 for $100 and was happy to move it. Bought a CJ5 roll bar for $50 and was happy to get it.
There was a nice pair of axles on this site with 427 gearing recently and the price seemed very fair and they were in known condition.

unless you can get it for free, you prolly won't make much at all on it
    poor investment in my opinion
the axles are worth more parted out
saw a D18 with EB assy go for $25 today locally
    a set of 4 springs for $40.....
the market is limited and folks are hurting $$ wise right now
    just my opinion and observation

If he's satisfied to get scrap value for the parts I'd offer him $1.75/ton.

I'd try to figure out what he will get scrap value and double that. No more than about 50 bucks.

Just for reference, here are prices I paid for a few Jeeps over the last 10 years or so: purchased 49 3A complete with title for 300, had new brakes and a lot of custom chromed parts for 134L head, but body was a mess-really hacked up. 65 J3000, D20, 327 with title for 50, body rusted out; 48 2A rolling chassie, no motor, transfer, transmission, or title, but reasonably nice body for 50; 42 GPW, a lot of rust, no rear axle, broken frame but otherwise complete (original electronics included) and with title, free. Overall, most of them are not worth very much unless complete and with title.

In general if the parts are in good shape you can usually get more overall by parting Jeeps out, IF the parts are sought after and IF you are willing to sit on them, be patient, and wait for the right buyer. You must also be willing to ship except for large items, and on the larger items there must be a market in your area if you are not willing to ship.
