I will have to make a tub for my trailer and i will have some flat panels and will need to add some strength to them. I know i can add some angle iron or other metal to give strength but i would like to roll some beads in the sheetmetal. Is there a way to do some beads without a roller? Given that is the correct way to do it, but if i do not have a roller, can i get away with doing it another way?

Air hammer and a bean bag, won't be too straight. You weld a piece of round bar onto the chisel. I would do hat channels, like how the jeep floors are... IMO

Classic Enterprises makes their own panels and they have the means to raise the ridges in a cj5 floor panel. bet if you called and gave them complete dimentions they could stamp you up a floor without all of the agrivation
