Those of you who wheel with your Early CJ how do you overcome the issue with with water getting into the master cylinder?
I wheel in JW Corbett since it is very close to where I live but it is under water most of the time. I noticed that after the second time I took my 1961 CJ5 out there with water over the frame (where the master cylinder was submerged) the brakes stopped working. When I got home I opened the MC and all I saw was water in there. I guess since the lid has a very small breather hole on it it water gets in when I hit the brakes.

    History on the brakes.
The MC is brand new as well as all the steel brake lines

make sure the lid is tight, there is a rubber flap that allows air to come in, but not touch the fluid. if water got in the system, you need to change ALL the fluid asap.

    Thanks,
Do you know if they sell the hardware to install it because all I saw was the reservoir itself?

Anyone have a good pic of how to attach the fitting for the remote to the MC? I have a dual MC, wondering how to make sure 1 fitting takes care of both resevoirs?
