Seat risers

    Is there a difference in seat mounting between a 74 CJ5 and a 76 CJ5. Finding it harder and harder to find new items to replace old and worn out items.

    The seat mounts are totally different. I'm not sure if the seat bolt pattern is different. The '75 and older have a completely different floor contour than the '76 and later and the '76 and later didn't have a passenger side under seat tool box.

    :iagree: Many, many changes for the 1976 model year. Front axle, front clip, engines, transfer case (but not the shifter) are the same from '75 to '76, and almost nothing else.
