You'll need to tell us your location for advice about the title. In my state (Massachusetts) all you need is a bill of sale to get a Mass title for a car that old.

The fuel pickup is in the top center of the tank, under the seat.

Maybe it depends on the year. The under-seat tank I put in my '73 had the pickup and sending unit both go in from the top. The earlier tanks may have tapped the tank from the bottom.

mine came out the bottom. I would recommend installing a small magnet on the lower outside of the tank near a corner and run a inline fuel filter to help keep rust/debris out of the gas lines.

well thanks for all the help. I have found out that bolt on my master brake cylinder is vice grip size. One of my spark plug wires needs replaceing(Cylinder one's). And probably by the end of summer the distributor cap will need replacing. Alright have a weird question. I didnt think the engine was missing but my dad did. We had it running and it would idle down and rev up nicely. My dad pulled number1 sparkplug wire and two things happened. 1. it had a short in it and it shocked him. 2.the engine dropped a few hundred rpm. He pulled number 2 and it didnt shock him but the engine dropped a few hundred rpm. Now something unexpected happened when he pulled number3.....the engine died. Now I am pretty sure it wasnt running on just one cylinder because it was running pretty well. What could casue this?!?!?!

Another good check is to look at the spark plugs. Their condition will tell you a lot about the engine. However, you need to replace the plug wires first.

Okay guys a small update, I have tested the fuel pump and it is good. I am not getting good spark. I have a bad coil, and I think my rotor is shot. Currently replacing these items. If that doesnt work I got to check my carb.

I'd dump your points and go with an pertronixs brakerless points upgrade. Well worth it! Noce Tux by the way!
