Can someone post pictures of what this mount looks like for a late 1969 CJ5 with V6 and T14 transmission? What I have just doesn't look like it will work, none of the bolt holes line up with the transmission. I searched the forum and I see a few others have had the same problem--none of the links to the pictures listed will work for me.

Hey guys----someone must have some shots of this mount? I bought the jeep without the transmission and transfer, it had been stolen and the owner gave up on it. I bought a T14 and transfer with mount and I don't see how it works, like I said, the holes do not line up with the transmission. What does it look like and if needed, where can I buy one?

    Thanks!

my mount looks like Clint's. I did have to redrill the holes during the t86 to t14 swap.

Thanks guys!! I least I know its not me--I'm missing parts to the puzzle! My rubber mount looks correct, however the plate from the mount to transmission I have is about a 1/4" thick , 4 inches long, with a "step" in it. I don't know what its for---but it doesn't fit the T14.

Now the big question---does anyone have the original T14 bracket for sale, maybe left over from a transmission swap? Does anyone know where I can buy one New or Used? I have found the rubber mounts and dounts, but not the bracket.

    Again--Thanks!!

Post in the classified WTB here, maybe on WillysTech too. J&W or Scotty's or the other big Jeep yards might have it, or maybe one of the specialty Jeep vendors like Walck's or WillysWorks would have in NOS.

If all else fails, doesn't look like it'd be hard to make.

Might be a T-90 plate also. IIRC they have a step in them also...

my 71 t-14 had a stepped plate connecting it to the cross member and the transfercase mount went to the frame. I think the plate lowered things a little. not sure. Is there anything in those photos I sent you Howard? Can't remeber now....
