OK, I'm kicking myself for not doing something about the seal 2 years ago when it was brought up. That being said I have read everything I could find here on the gasket. I have a few numbers to call Monday thanks to the search here.
    So far it looks like...
    Jungle Jims Willy's jeep parts.
    Peter Debella
    A+P truck salvage.

Now I really need one as mine is starting to come apart. It looks like the CJ-3B
had them along with the M38A1 and the CJ-5. Does anyone have any more solid leads or anything I am missing. I tried the Brazil contact using a friends Brazilian wife who speaks the language and could never even get an answer. Sorry if this is old news to some. I never usually procrastinate especially with my CJ. I might have to pay for that now.

I got mine from Debella, $50.00 & its in perfect shape, he has them listed on his web site now.

Can't comment on the other two, AFAIK these things arn't being reproduced so if they have'em they must be old stock.

No, he's talking about the rubber gasket (seal) that's around the inner frame of the venting windshields. Since the glass folds out, the inner frame has to seal flat to the outer frame, and it takes a special gasket made from unobtanium. Pete DeBella may have the only new ones left in existence, I made sure I got one for my v/w!

Ditto on the seal I'm referring to. It's the one around the inner glass frame. I have been waiting for Monday morning to make my calls. It's only Monday morn 1 AM! The clock is going sooooooo slow. Not only am I crossing my fingers, I'm crossing my toes, eyes, legs and anything else I can think of. I guess wish me luck!
Thanks guys for the feed back on a very old topic.

Hey Nick!! Great to talk to you the other day! I still want to stop by at least to say hello. Not sure if I need the part we talked about. I'm a ways from that yet.
Still looking through the shelves and finding stuff I forgot I had. :^))

The good news is.... I found the inner seal with everyones help!!! I ordered two. It's a good day today! Peter DeBella had some NOS ones.
Thank you! Guys who responded. I could not be more pleased.

I just got an Email response from Surplus City Jeep parts. So it looks like Peter DeBella and Surplus City have them. Hope it helps someone in the future.
