I need a front rotor part number

I have a 1960-ish CJ5 and want to put disc brakes on the front.

I read the tech by Steve Lane on disc brake conversion and have run into a stone wall. The Federated part number for the rotors 103552 keeps coming up with a 7/8" rotor, and the article claims I need the 1 1/8" rotor. I had the local parts store that deals in Federated order a set, and when they came in they were 7/8".

    Is the number a typo?
Does anyone know of another number I can use?
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks; Doug

Sorry about the part number, I've been meaning to updtae that article for quite a while now but haven't gotten around to it. The correct PN is 5356183R from KRAGE, they run $49.95 each and they are usually in stock.

    Sorry for the confusion.

<edit> I just checked NAPA and they want $96 bux for one rotor nowadays. Sheesh!

If for some reason that doesn't work for you an easier way is simply to ask for a rotor for a late '70's Scout 2 with disc brakes. Same exact rotor as the '77-'78 1 1/8" Jeep rotor. I've found this less confusing for some of the "Parts People". Nickmil.
