I would really apreciate any info anyoe has on the full floater kits offered for the model 20. Is the warn kit the only one available? Also I was wondering if using the kit would help with the wear of bearings when wheel spacers are in use. Any experience with this would help and any info at all, thanx.

I'm not aware of Warn making a kit for the M20. Although it's entirely possible. The fact that you would then have an inner and an outer wheel bearing would help with the added stress of using wheel spacers. I'm using 1 1/4" spacers on my rear axle with the full floater.

Not aware of anyone but Warn making a FF kit for the 20. Word is on the street Warn is discontinuing the FF kits. That's why rear disc brake brackets are no longer available. If yer gonna get one, get one while they are available. They are still available from some sources including R&P but as stocks are sold they will get harder to find.
The model 20 stock uses a very small axle bearing, too small in my opinion. The 20 was originally a car diff that AMC cut down to fit in Jeeps to reduce production costs. The FF kit, like Posimoto said, gives an inner and outer bearing which is a much stronger set up and will eliminate the axle bearing issues M-20's have. I'd recommend trussing the 20 as they have housing flex/bending issues if you don't.
The FF is a great way to go especially if you flat tow your Jeep.
