Just wondering if anyone can help id the thing before I get it tomarrow. Its got rounded fenders, and a tailgate. Looks like it belongs there. Pretty good job if someone added it. Regular round tail lights like you would buy in the store for a trailer. Ball hitch. Didn't look like Mike's trailer hitch. Didn't have the kick stand. Probably only stuck out past the trialer box about 2-3 feet.

Oh, piece of sheetmetal cut to fit the floor:D

If the ball hitch is stock on it, what size is it likely to be?

Didn't have the camera with me:rofl: didn't expect to find something worth pulling out of there:D

I'll get pics tomarrow. Just trying to figure out if I can hook the ball to my truck, or have to get a trailer to haul it.

It's in reasonably good shape. The sides looked good, the frame looked in good shape, the springs looked a little better than wimpy's, but you could still see thru each individual leaf. The bottom was gone, but I can weld in new metal for that if thats all thats wrong with it.

1 7/8" if original Bantam Civvie. Bring that and a 2" and you should be set.

My hitch isn't original - the original one would have a screw-down fulton style ball socket, attached to a "V" shaped piece that bolts through the "A" arms up front.

Kick stands are often missing, as they get left down then catch on a curb or something and break off. Dont want to say how often I've forgotten to swing mine all the way up.

Thanks Mike. I wondered about the 1 7/8 size. I guess I'll stop off tonight on the way home and grab one.
