    Welcome from Wichita, KS.
Let me know if you have any original CJ5 aluminum 5-slot wheels available.

    Happy Halloween!!!

Some day I would like to dress up as the guy who used to live in my garage. Until that day arrives I am just another highschool teacher with a wife and two little kids who only gets to look at his project. sigh......

LOL! I get to dress up like that guy on the nights my wife is working after our son goes to bed. I can only vaguely remember what it's like to work on stuff in the daylight. I'm working on my "halogen sun tan" with my work lamp . When we have number 2 I've got a funny feeling my coveralls are going to get pretty dusty for a while. More incentive to get this thing on the road before that happens  . Keep your chin up...you'll get there :)

Dang man, you had such good momentum (or however you spell it) going there until you had to go back to work. I was kinda hoping this would be an update of the finished product.:( Nice to hear from ya either way though, happy Halloween....

yeah..all the welding burns, cuts, bruises, and other assorted ailments are now fully healed.

Well, with the exception of my "wrenching elbow" which is now chronic. Went to the orthopod to have my knee done a few years back and had him look at the elbow. He told me it was the same thing as Tennis Elbow. I am sure that the tendon is now shredded as it hurts like a mofo just to lift a beer....

I do look at my willys, and think about what needs to be done, so hope is not lost!!!!!

Funny - thread went from welding and wrenching to making dinner and changing diapers.

I've got son number 2 arriving in mid-Dec. The closest I've come to any real wheeling or wrenching in the last month or two is last weekend when I drove my orange flattie over my neighbor's so I could stick weld the arms of his electric gate opener on for him. Caught a weld cherry right in the chest. Feels like old times.
