    Here's my '71 with 3" Black Diamond and 33x9.5 BFG All-Terrains.
I JUST did the install and am in the beginning stages of a brake upgade so no road time yet.

    I love it.

Here is my 71' with 2.5" lift, 32x11.50 15 tires. Works really good but sort of hard to tell in this pic. I thought about going to 33's but the tires have a ton of tread left.

Yeah Animal is pretty sweet alright. :)

But I gotta admit when he told me it was a tight, fresh Ross rebuild, I started giving throught to a Saggy swap!! R) R)

Gotta love that Hurricane power, though. :)

Billy (while we were in a 35 zone): Hey, we're actually going the speedlimit!!
Me (after passing a 45 sign): Not anymore.... R)

How can you fit 34x9.5 tires with a 2 1/2 lift? Like with Billlys jeep. I'm considering doing the same thing but am wondering how you can fit that tall of a tire with just a 2 1/2 inch lift? On the bds website it says that the maximum tire size you can fit under their lift is 31x10.5?

You can fit 31x10.50 on a CJ with NO lift. I'm sure BDS limits what they recommend for liability reasons.

You're wondering how it can be done? Look at the pic carefully... it works!! :)

    Billy,
How do those skinny super swampers handle on the road? Also, how do they do with a ross steering setup? Where do you get those kind of tires?
I'm looking into doing a 2 1/2 lift with those kind of tires. Thanks!
