My brother has just recently installed the tigertop from besttop. It has some of the same problems that have been documented on the forum here. I thought that they were about the only company that still built tops for the older CJ-5's until I was wandering around here and found a link to Specialty Top Co. who bought the Kayline brand. They also claim to have alot of the original Kayline employees as well. Has anybody recently bought one of their tops and care to relate the experience? I am going to be looking for a top in the not to distant future and can't make up my mind if I want a soft top or go on the hunt for a Meyer hard top.

BTW, I have a Koenig top that the windows are just big enough to stick a gun barrel out of. Not really wanting to use it, but might

IMHO, I'd not go with a hardtop.. I have a BesTop Supertop, and would not run anything else. YMMV.

I just installed an STC. The top fit great. Looks almost stock. The doors are good but they need to be bent to fit correctly and it is something of a work in progress. I don't like bestop at all never have and never will.
