Axle C-clip (snap ring).... "what the hey?"

    Ooh, ooh, ooh! I know this one! The chamfer on the new bushing is not wide enough to clear the radius on the axleshaft. It keeps the axleshaft from seating fully in the spindle:

    Thank you for the warm and fuzzy welcome. Of course, I only chimed in to help with the C-clip problem and didn't mean to hijack the thread. Therefore, if you guys feel inclined, I guess you'll probably want to start a whole 'nuther thread to say nice things about me...
