71 Panel replacement.

    Have you ever seen the corner replacement panels from jeeppanelsplus? They are for m38-a1 but should fit cj5. I'm not sure if they are an overlay or an actual corner. They are $50 dollars though. I might just order one and see what it looks like.

    How did you get to their site? Everytime I tried they were under construction? Is there a catalog?

    Yes, there is a simple 10 page staple together catolog with no pictures. You will have to call them and request one because there email does not work. There phone number is on there website.

    Oh the welder is the Lincoln weld pack 100. We used the .35 flux core with it and used the 1.5 wire speed on the lowest setting. tacked a few places at a time then went back and filled.On the indention we added a backing plate along the seams to join the 2 different panels. This kept us from blowing holes in it. I still need to get the gas hook up. But since we had to weld outside we went with the flux core.
