    Had a flat fender once that had Maverick tailights in the panel under the tailgate. Not bad as say 64-66 mustang that used to be popular, but definately not good. I've grown to like the flush mounts round or oblong. Or just the plain old surface mounts like you'd put on a trailer, they don't last long. They seemed to get mashed or knocked off.

    I did that conversion back in 81...... although when I did the rebuild in 99 I almost removed them. I still am undecided
