    Who owns the M38 in Tenn?

    You'll find the M151 instrument cluter usually a little cheaper and actually a little nicer since it's lights are more modern style and it has a built in upward tilt. Just buy the blank panels rather then the extra cost of the 24 volt gages you can't use.
