Is it lifted?

    My 69 CJ5 that I recently bought appears to have small tires on it. That made me think maybe a PO already lifted it some.
    With P225/70R15 tires it is 19 inches from the bottom below the lowest part of the doorway to the ground.
    Is that stock or what?
