    I did that to my Jeep. I didn’t put a rotor on it though.

    That looks pretty nice but I don't see any purpose packing around the weight of the rotor.

    I like the rotor, now you need a locking hub, and don't forget to lock it on the tough trails.

    I told Snake it needed a caliper bracket, loaded caliper. He said he'd be dead if he needed that!

    Nice! If it rotates and you don’t want it to would be easy to add an adjustable stop that the tire rests against. Or use a stub axle the locking hub engages.

    I think I need to add a chain in an inner tube and a lock so it doesn't disappear. A D30 stub axle would be a good idea. I was thinking I need to bore out the spindle and machine them out to fit the D44, but I cant remember the flange size for my FF. Maybe I will just carry one specific for the rear.

    As soon as I get a chance I’ll send you some dimensions. I have a ff spindle I machined years ago for a spare I was going to use for a spare and spare tire carrier. Probably tomorrow or early this week. In a pinch it can be used for the front to get you home even though it doesn’t index off the bore of the knuckle.

    You need to rig up a couple of little air scoops so it rotates as you drive down the road :lol:
