Will 74 Chassis With Inline 6 Fit 71 And Back Tub?

here's that plate I used to transfer to a earlier cj5 to hang all the goodies off the firewall.

 

Ill get a pic of it on my firewall will all the junk attached to it. It will be pretty much what you'll have to do.

 

What’s the 7/8 hole and .500 holes at the bottom?

 

7/8 holes are for the windshield washer sprayer tube and some wiring.

The .500 holes are for the lower end of the steering column . Its bracket mounts there.

 

Gotcha sure would be nice to have a template made out of cardboard or something lol but I think I can get it maybe lol

 

I’ve got one question for ya seems like you’re making things work. Have you ever heard of anyone putting the 34 inch hoods/fenders on a 74 inline 6 chassis/frame? Can it be done?

I can make a cardboard template for you You'd have to pay to get it shipped and cut out the holes I'd just mark them.. I still have the old plate from a intermediate firewall.

 

what engine are you using for this project.. That will determine what hood, fenders and grill you use.
