Hey, can anyone send me a picture of an F-head carburator. I am running an F134 hurricane engine (or so i was told) and i bought a solex F head 134 carb and it doesn't look like it will work. So i'm thinking i might have been incorrectly informed about what carburator i have. So a couple of pictures of the Fhead and the Lhead would be nice so i can figure out my problem and solve it!

    Thanks
    Alex

Why doesn't it look like it'll work? Not like the intake can be changed on the f-head.

It doesn't look like it will fit because the F-head solex i got is vertical and looks like it takes an elbow tube to go to the oilbath intake. the carb on there right now has a metal eblow 90* at the top of the carb that goes to the oilbath intake. the bottoms look like they'd bolt up but the carbs don't look the same. i'll post pics in a min of the current carb on the engine.

PN 809785 should fit that'd be the air horn that goes on the Solex. $10. http://www.thejeep.com/onlinecatalog/p46.htm

Put a K&N on the end of that.

I can't figure if it'll work to keep the stock oil bath and if the tube would match that or not?
