    I've used their exhaust paint.

Seems fine, but I only have about 100 hours on the engine.

While on the subject, and not to interrupt but, has anyone used the Krylon Buick Green engine paint available through TAPerformance? Just ordered 2 cans hoping it's correct for the Tuxedo resto. I'm a bit finicky when it comes to paint colors.

For my intermediate, I picked up some AMC engine paint from American Performance. Looks pretty darn good.

Thats what I've been trying to figure out. Thought I had it figured out with the POR Buick Turq. stuff, but its way too dark. I wonder if the Buick Green would be more correct.

Hres some information I have found in the past.
POR15 Buick Green, nailheads 53-65 Buick Turquois, straight eights 42-52
Dupont Centari, Glade Green . Dupli Color # DE1618 these from a Buick web site.
Some here used Alpine or Detroit Diesel Green. Have used Alpine Green by Duplicolor was close. Also used GCI enamal Alpine Green pretty close.HTH

This is POR-15 Buick Green. The exhaust manifold is painted with POR-12 silver.

I used POR-15 Buick Green for my engine, and POR-20 Silver for my exhaust manifolds when I recently renovated my engine compartment. Here are before and after photos:

Looks good. I have the POR 15 engine kit in Buick turquoise sitting on my workbench. I compared an original freeze plug out of my 304 to POR's online swatches. I knew it was not going to match perfect. I can live with that. I'm pleased that it's going to match that good. I called POR and asked if their engine paint is tintable. The answer was NO!

High pigment content in POR15. It would take a lot of another color to change it.
