I tried going back to see where you mentioned which brakes you were installing, but didn't notice. If you're talking about tracker rotors and a flanged axle, then likely it's not the center part that's hanging up, but rather the stud bases, can't remember the term for them. For my axle, I had to chamfer out the back of the stud holes on the rotor, which then allowed the rotor to sit flush. Could that be the problem?

It is not, though I will be opening up the lug holes as well. The flange is about 1/8" too large. I have the axles out and will take them to a friends Tuesday, and we will turn them down.

I did talk with Brennan and he has heard about it. I could shop around for different rotors, but turning the flange will be a long term fix, if I ever have to change rotors again.

I got the axle's turned down and in the process found that one is bent, at the flange. It is good enough for now, will either order a replacement or maybe, time for full float. :steamed::whistle:

So I called R&P and spoke with Rich, I think I will go this route, just trying to figure out if Brennan's rear disc set up will work with R&P's set up.

It shouldn't be any different than a front setup.

Still waiting on Rich to get me the parts list, for the items he is not suppling. Should get it later this week.

Been doing little things, before I finish the brakes and the electric. The cooling is posed a bit of a problem, with the bottom hose and oil filter. I think I have that issue solved, just waiting on a bead roller. I did get the P/S pump cleaned up and painted.

I had a similar issue with the filter touching the lower hose no matter what i tried. I tried a wix 51522 filter that has a smaller diameter body than the filter thats normally used pn the v6. Now i have plenty of clearance for the hose.

Got the lower hose on the radiator cut and turned on a new rib. This along with the smaller filter give good clearance.

Also finished plumbing in the master cylinder. I hope you like my origami. I will be redoing it, but it works for now.

his normal track-kick wont work with flanged axles. not sure how it would interact with the R&P setup.

Brennen's set up for the rear flanged does work, I did have to turn the flange on my axles down a bit, but they were not round to begin with. I have spoken with both Brennen and Rich and the set up will work together. Rich's floater kit is basically the old Warn set up.

In my opinion no, I only took off just short of an 1/8". My downfall was a bent shaft right at the axle/flange, only reason I am going the full float, was going to do it in the future, so decided to do it now rather than later.

Where does your vacuum port come out at? Mine is pointing straight ahead, which will hit the fan when I install the vacuum hose.

    Looks cool!

This one will work, but there is another one that comes off the top of the vacuum advance.
