Help concerning parts CJ5 71/ Willys

In Fance we have lot of parts for Jeep Willys because they were made under licence for French Army, Hotchkiss M 201.
We have parts for the military Jeep like it was during D DAY, with the Go Devil engine.

Jeepest is not far from me, and I can get pieces but only for the Willys Jeep.

My problem is that some parts are similar, some other not.

How can I know which parts are the same on my CJ5 71 with Hurricane engine and on the Willys.

I have a problem of gasket oil leak on my transfer case : is it the same as on the Willys?

Which parts are similar?

I understand that it is only for specialists; we have very few CJ5 in France. If I can use Willys parts, it is easy for me.

Is the starter the same too?

My transfer box is the model with only one level for all.

The seal and gasket kit is the same for pretty much all model 18 transfer cases. There are other internal and case differences like different gear sets, different cases with intermediate shaft bore sizes, etc. etc. but the seal and gasket kits from '42-'71 will work. For what it's worth the gasket and seal kit is also the same for the model 20 transfer case as well.
