    At the risk of getting the " duh " comment here, :) is this thing bent or is it supposed to be like this ? I ask only because both sides are bent exactly the same. It's off a ramsey 200 series

    It's bent.

    Probably got the cable looped around the handle somehow.

    Ramsey still has parts, check thier website under "industrial" winches.

    That's why so many Koenig's are missing the engagement handle, brake, and the mounting bracket is broken.
