1970 CJ5 Glove Box Latch

    I am looking for the latch for the glove box door. I see a lot of them around on Ebay and other common venues but they all say they are for 1972 and on. I am having a real problem finding Repro versions.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I have not yet as I was pondering if there was a difference or not. The latch plate looks the same for the 72+ part assembly.

    I know the glove box opening changed in '72 and I presume the door was slightly different because of this but don't know that for sure. I don't know about the latch. Is yours missing altogether? If so I could take a pic of the Daughter's '70 and post it.
