    Hi all,
I am new to this board, but I've been around the other jeep sites for years now. This is a real nice site, I'm glad to have found it! Just thought I'd share a couple pics with you of a cage I built for my wife's CJ-2A, thought it'd be best posted here in the fabrication forum. I know it's not a cj5 cage, but thought you may be interested just the same.

The paint's not yet dry in the photo, so I don't have pics of it in the jeep yet, but I will soon. It was designed to fit around all the stock components to keep the cj as stock as possible and still trail ride with it. The stamped Willys panel is from a rusted out 2A hood that was in the junk pile, the steel dog tooth above the windshield opening was made from a bent tube scrap, and the steel channels above the dimpled steel shear plates are to support a polycarbonite windshield, so that we don't damage the stock one in the woods. Just thought you guys and girls might find it interesting, let me know if you want more info or pics.

Holy cow....planning on hitting the wall at 190? That thing looks very nice. Will the bar that runs from the front hoop to the rear hoop on the bottom intrude into the door much? are you going to mount your seats to it?

I would be real interested in measurements - and or a 'measured drawing'. I like the design you have used.
