Ahah yes, it was a rescue case, electrical wiring was always the last step over my two project (coil spring and frame swap) and i never gave me the time and patience to do it right. Now i'm in peace :)

New project to come. I'M getting rid of the 6 bolt lock on my front end.

I'm going to convert my scout dana 44 with external hub to internal one.

I've finally got all the part i need for the conversion.

For the conversion i need part from gm/ford.

So i source 2 chevy small bearing spindle, ford rotor and hub, chevy galiper and back plate and finaly 2x 19 spline stub shaft

Johneyboy what brakes did you have before. jeep disc or drums ?

When i bought the jeep, it was drum all the way around with dana 30 and 44 rear. I did swap a complete knukkle/hub/disq/galiper from a cj7 dana 30.

When i started with the coil spring set-up i use dana 44 from scout 2 for the front and rear. Front was disq brake and i bought a kit from a friend who put suzuki rotor amd galiper for the rear axle.

But as you may know, scout axle share the same hub/lockout as the cj's dana 30. So the project now is to replace all the weak stuff by better one, and finish the time i was checking the lock bolt (twice a trail sometime).

So conversion is done with the right part it's a bolt-on job. Just need to redrill knukkle and make some new bracket for the brake hoze.

So much tired of the loose/breaking bolt and the need to check them at every trail and sometime during the trail.

And Started to put some under light for the jeep for night off-roading. For the moment i only have the front done, but i plan to add some on the side of the jeep. Good result, can't wait to try it on some trail.

For a 20$ light result are impresive :)
