I am a self taught expert on the E- 47 . We can still get parts . First thing to do , after 7 years , is drain & flush with Kerosene . Remove the & clean the sock filters at the front of the base. The green wire " C " valve & coil is for the right angling . Check that wire for power, while someone angles Right. Sometimes , the coils go bad, but they're still available. Try Stork Plow parts in Bernville , PA. They've got plenty of E-47 parts & are good people.
That's too nice of a set up to not use, IMHO

Possibly frozen moisture in the oil messing with the valve(s). Also verify the electrical connections.

Bernville is the one that rebuilt the plow in 2010. and they are the ones who told me. So we will see, it cost me $300 to have it rebuilt, and I was working so I could afford that, I'm on SS now. I purchased a new green wire solenoid and a new motor just in case they were needed but haven't installed them.
The blade sticks to the right when I let it go full right. If I push the left side against a solid object it will release and I can go both ways again. I can go full left without an issues.

If that's the Case.......I don't thinks it's your "C" solenoid . It's not your motor , either. Probably gunk & adjustment of the cross over relief valves ( On the Bottom ) . I would look up , perhaps on you tube, on how to do a complete flush . Angling rams & all. Then fresh , blue Meyers oil . I think you just have some gunk in there, from the freeze / thaw conditions . Those two diagonal plugs on the front are where the filters are . Check them to see & then go on from there.
When they rebuilt it .......Look's to me as it's one of the best E-47's I've ever seen. I envy your set-up.
