Who can decipher an early Jeep part number?

    got an underhood harness that was advertised as for an early V6 Jeep. so I bought it. now looking at it I am not so sure it is correct. has the number 991448 on a tag around the end of the harness and the same number on the bag it came in. can anyone tell me what it is?

    for F-4.....CJ5,CJ-5A,CJ-6,CJ-6A,DJ-5,DJ-6
    Appears to be post 1967 only
