    What options were there in these years? I have poured over past threads and my google-fu has let me down. I have seen the solid steel and at least a few more that look fitting from internet photos. All claim to be original of course. Was there more than one option in this time period? Did kaiser/AMC/? have color options for them as well? I see white is popular. Was that the only choice?
