I was thinking about using a Holley 5210 on my F134, It normally runs on the Chevy Vega GT 4 cylinder and I thought if it could work on a F head instead of a Weber. I was just wondering since I used to have a simular set up on a flat head 134 and swapped back to the F head I left it on the old engine and forgot about it. any ways could this be done and is it worth it? I have somebody here who will sell one for $50.

5210 is a Weber under license to Holley. If you can come up with the right adapter plate for it, no reason why it shouldn't work. Might need to re-rout the throttle and fuel line. Maybe go to a cable throttle just to make that easier to do.
