Getting ready to button up my transition, and I'm not sure it I've got it together the right way. I failed to note the original orientation of the clutch hubs when I took it apart.

Does anyone have a photo of a T-15? Or can you confirm that I've got the clutch hubs in the correct orientation - with the fork grove towards the inside.

    Thanks.

Slide the clutch hubs so the tranny gears are in neutral then put the cane shifter in neutral and set it over the tranny and look-see if it will align the shift forks with the sliders.

I think I understand what you are saying. But I'm not sure I'm feeling it.

If I've got it right, the input shaft - long one should spin free. As long as I lift it off the idler gear it does with the clutch hub slid towards the center of the gear box, but not all the way back to engage the synchro. (the photo above has it slid all the way back, engaging the synchro).
the clutch hub at the rear is also not engaged with the synchro.

If this is correct, the clutch hubs are in the correct position, s in the photo.

    Thanks for the direction Walt.
