Ross Steering box question

    I'm in the process of going through my Ross box. I have the Moses Ludel book and a Haynes manual, but not a factory service manual. The Haynes book says to use a lithium based chassis lube for the steering gear. My question is this: What should lube should I use during reassembly? Do I fill with oil? Gear oil I guess. If so how much?

    The FSM calls for 80wt gear oil. I just used 80-90wt and filled until it ran out the fill hole.
