Well I've got the new rims and tires now i need to do the suspention seeing it is the original 12 leaf thin spring setup sagging quite a bit on the drivers side.
My question is should I try and keep i greasable or go with the newer nongreasable style and I only want to lift it an inch or so.

You can do both. Convert from the c-shackles to conventional by using poly bushings in the frame, and buy greasable conventional shackles. That's what I did on the A1. Look forward to pictures of it. Going with the Rancho 1" springs?

I had the Rancho 1" springs & hated them. Rode like a dump truck. I switched to BDS 2.5" and it rides like....a better riding dump truck :). Much better flex, too.
