Thanks to the help of those who read and post to this forum, I've almost finished rebuilding the brakes on my '75 CJ5. Before I put her back on the road, I need to bleed the brakes. I don't have a standard wrench that will fit the bleeder screws on the new brake cylinders I've installed, but an 11 mm seems to come pretty close, but it doesn't fit exactly. Is there such a thing as a bleeder screw wrench that isn't an "ordinary" standard or metric size? If so, can I just get one at my local auto parts store?

Do you have or did you try an 11/32? I had a vehicle that was that size but i do not remember which one it was. If the 11mm fits without to much slop and if you use a 6 point socket or wrench you should be okay. they are new parts so they should not be fairly easy to turn and wont have to worry about rounding it over

go to your flaps and buy a brake line wrench........three sided on both ends (5/16"- 3/8" iirc) so it won't round off the fitting........anything else is asking for trouble in my opinion

Yep, I recommend a six point deep socket.

    Or replace the wheel cylinder.

VERY common to get bleaders now that are metric. If an 11 mm fits it then it is most likely is metric. Still best to use a 6 point wrench or socket.
