1/2 cab seal at bed

    this is what i finally ended up doing recently.
    i used roofing gasket tape between the angle steel and the bed and between the cab and the steel.
    i put the wood in there to add stiffness.
    i wire wheeled all surfaces and then rubbed it down with brake cleaner
    no leaky!!

    Winter IS approaching. That should help increase the roasty toasty factor in there.

    i wanted to stop water from entering the cab too.
    the back fills up with snow/ice.
